Pastors Pedro & Yolanda Montoya are the founders of the Apostolic and Prophetic Ministry Cristo Rey, a ministry with headquarter in Puerto Rico and with emphasis on ministerial training.

Pastors Montoya develop training programs in the areas of character formation according to the life in Christ, and train on how to implement the apostolic and prophetic model for the establishment of communities of faith. They have also developed study material on the deliverance and casting out of demons, the causes of legal rights that give darkness dominion over the regions; and they train on how to carry out acts of faith in different places to dismantle the principalities and powers of darkness in the regions.

Pastors Montoya have developed the In-Home Ministry Training Program, an online program based on the home schooling model, from which many people in Latin America are being trained to perform unconventional ministry roles in preparation for Jesus' return to earth.
