Dear Reader,
I began researching and writing Beyond Dystopia! several years ago, and I hold myself personally responsible for its contents. Still, as far as I am concerned, who I am is unimportant.
What is important to me is this book, for it is my contribution to the world of human commerce, which, fortunately, still includes ideas.
Now, because I understand that it is only natural for people to want to know something about the author whose book they have taken the time to read, I will tell you this:
I am fifty-three years old, I am a US Army Cold War Era veteran, I hold a High School Graduation Equivalency Diploma (GED) and an Associate Degree in Social Science, and I live with my fifteen-year old son, my paramour, one tenant, and a tuxedo cat named Mr. Ami in a drafty old house with a leaky roof on a heavily trafficked street in Ithaca, New York.
I began writing as a means of escape when I was about nine years old, and for public consumption back in 2007 as an unpaid opinion writer for a small newspaper called the Ithaca Times.
It is my hope that reading Beyond Dystopia! will help you in some way, and that I can pay my school taxes.
Sincerely,
James Thomas Lukasavage
