Aaron Doughty was born and raised in Northeast Oklahoma and grew up listening to the songs and stories of
the western frontier. He believes that our history and heritage should be remembered and celebrated because
it is the foundation of what we are and who we have become.
  Aaron has been married for more than thirty years to his wife Darcy and they have been blessed with three
children and four grandchildren. In addition to being an author, he is a businessman and is involved in his local
community as a volunteer firefighter, first responder, and Royal Ranger leader.
