I have been an avid writer since I was very young.  At primary school I wrote and performed plays, as a teen my focus shifted to poetry and short fiction, when my children were young I wrote them stories about themselves and the things that interested them, and then my passion for health and wellbeing evolved into a series of non-fiction books.  Many of my earlier works I am only now embarking on self-publishing as the time and tools have become available.  I am a natural researcher and creative, and writing is my main expressive outlet.  I love to write, and I hope that you enjoy and are uplifted by the work that I share.
