Generally, when one reads up the definition of fruitfulness, there seems to be a link between productivity and fruitfulness. However, there is no link between productivity and fruitfulness when one looks at fruitfulness from the Biblical perspective.

Achieving productivity follows an exertion of mental and or physical power, whereas fruitfulness, from the Biblical perspective, is received freely from God through Jesus Christ. Productivity is measurable as outputs and inputs are quantifiable, whereas fruitfulness remains immeasurable. This book explains the disadvantages of exerting mental power (relying on will-power) in pursuit of living a fruitful life; it also explains the immeasurable benefits of walking humbly with God.

Abundant life in Jesus Christ is the life filled with all the fullness of God, with God providing for us exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Even if one would equate productivity to wealth, which is limited in extent, but still, wealth gained will not come close to the abundant life that Jesus Christ came to give us. Even if one would consider power to be a wealth creator, but still, that power cannot come close to what the divine power that works within us can achieve.

The devil is always trying to steal from us, who are born of God to give to those he has enslaved, but whatever he gives to them, he adds sorrow with it. This book reveals how you ought to live in order not to allow the devil to short change you because Jesus Christ came to give us life, and that we may have it more abundantly. Life in abundance through Jesus Christ is our portion. Gold and silver belong to our Lord, wealth and honour belong to our Lord, the blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.

"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly" (John 10:10 NKJV).
