Michele has a Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in psychology in the workplace.  She has worked with individuals and organizations across the U.S. and internationally.  Additionally, she holds several coaching certifications, including being a Board Certified Coach and a Whole Person Certified Professional Coach.
