Allegra is a workplace mediator, coach and author. 

She co-wrote the book ‘Effective Metaphors for Hypnotherapy’ with Tayma Wallbridge - a solution focused hypnotherapist, which was published in 2015. Her second book, 'Effective Metaphors for Children: A Resource for Therapists, Parents and Teachers', was released in May 2017.

She was one of the winners of the Gloucestershire Writer's Network competition in 2015 and she has read at the Cheltenham Literature Festival with her co-writer, Russell Burgess. 

Allegra lives in the Cotswolds, UK with her husband Peter.
