Can a broken-down old house help heal a broken heart?

When Ellie’s boyfriend Sam is involved in a near-fatal car accident, leaving him in a coma, their lives are changed forever, and the future they planned together hangs in limbo. She’s barely keeping her head above water when the worst happens.

A life raft is offered when her grandparents' old house, the house she was happiest in as a child, is put up for sale. Like Ellie, the house is broken and in need of fixing.
