When your alignment is poor, on the other hand, even easy things will be difficult and your writing life will suffer.

The second part of the workbook will lead you through a process to help you establish, or confirm, your writer rhythms, check the alignment between your writer rhythms and your writing reality, and then encourage you to consider ways to improve the alignment between the two.
