Maud Harris was born in Wales, left home at 20 to train as a nurse. She has since travelled extensively, living and working in Cyprus, Malta, Berlin, Singapore and most of West Germany. Now retired, she devotes her time to writing. Mostly novels with a medical/nursing theme, her autobiographical story ‘Three Years in Starch’ is available on Amazon.
