The Institutions of the Autonomous Civilisation: Governance and Economics Beyond the Consumption World

Temesgen Muleta-Erena
Temesgen Muleta‑Erena is an economist, modular essayist, and sovereign publisher whose work blends behavioural economics, thermodynamic modelling, and indigenous governance into reproducible frameworks for institutional reform and long‑horizon civilisational design. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of West London and an MA in Economics from the University of East Anglia (UEA).
As founder of TC Press (The Codex Press), Temesgen specialises in modular, dignified publishing that treats each book as a civic artefact and each essay as a scroll. His twelve sovereign titles span experimental microeconomics, institutional diagnostics, thermodynamic modelling, indigenous strategy, macroeconomic reform, and civilisational governance.
His works include The Time Tested Republic, Institutional Entropy, Beyond the Sun, Experimental Microeconomics from Daily Life (Volumes I & II), Game Theory in Indigenous Strategy, The Secret Economist, Scrolls on Experimental Microeconomics and the Pen State Paradox, Beyond Labour, Macroeconomics Beyond GDP, The Game of Strategic Legacy, and his newest scroll, The Institutions of the Autonomous Civilisation: Governance and Economics Beyond the Consumption World — A Framework for Governance, Value, and Stewardship in the Post‑Scarcity Era.
Temesgen’s doctoral thesis has been catalogued and requested across leading universities worldwide, including Oxford, Harvard, MIT, the University of California system, Oslo, Stockholm, Toronto, and UNAM in Mexico. His academic reach extends further through co‑authored chapters and contributions to interdisciplinary volumes, reflecting his commitment to collaborative inquiry and epistemic stewardship.
His publishing ethic emphasises typographic precision, archival legitimacy, and sovereign independence.
🌍 Global Catalogue & Sovereign Imprint Access
Readers, librarians, and scholars can now explore my full catalogue across two primary gateways:
1. WorldCat — Global Library Catalogue
Search my works across public, academic, and international libraries using the WorldCat author index: Search: Muleta‑Erena, Temesgen — WorldCat Author Results (Use the WorldCat search bar and enter: Muleta‑Erena, Temesgen)
This search displays all editions and formats catalogued worldwide, including game‑theoretic scrolls, experimental microeconomics volumes, and the broader sovereign catalogue published through TC Press.
2. TC Press — Sovereign Imprint Home
My official imprint site, hosting catalogue updates, ceremonial announcements, and archival links: https://sites.google.com/view/the-codex-press/home
TC Press functions as the central node of the republic — the place where all scrolls, metadata, and ceremonial documentation converge.
Together, these two gateways provide full visibility into the sovereign publishing constellation:
WorldCat anchors the catalogue in the global library system
TC Press anchors the catalogue in its sovereign home
The republic expands through both public infrastructure and sovereign inscription.
