Living in an age of reason and on a brightly lit suburban street, things paranormal couldn't have been further from Lincoln's mind but when an old property with an unusual history comes due for demolition, Lincoln and his sister Kia realise their worst nightmares may only be a few blocks away, especially when a local undertaker makes a rather unusual request.

Unable to resist the temptation of a good ghost hunt, Lincoln and Kia take it upon themselves to visit the old place, after all what harm could it do, but when they discover the house was previously home to the enigmatic psychic, Maggy D'laney and her mysterious hearse, Lincoln is compelled to dig deeper into Miss Delaney's rather unusual past.

Now realising she may not have been all she seemed and that her black hearse was once used to transfer the bodies of America's most notorious killers, the couple now find themselves stalked by an evil most thought long dead.
