Clara Booker has always been in love with Ezra ever since high school, but no one knows that yet, or so it seems.

Since then, she has moved on with her life. Kind of. She has married Arthur, and moved to a small town outside of London. Her only friends are the cows and her writing. She has been struggling with miscarriages and alcoholism for a few years now, but Arthur has been too oblivious to realize, or even care.

One day, Clara finally gets the nerve to write out her feelings in letters and send them to Ezra. There has been eleven letters, and not once has she heard back. That's when Arthur gets the mail, and finds a letter addressed to Clara. Being the husband he is, he opens it to find written words he hoped he would never hear from another man's mouth, or read for that matter towards his wife.

Will Clara come clean with everything that has been happening for these past few years? Or will she try to hide everything from Arthur all over again? Only time will tell, because love makes you do crazy things.
