Avril Jacobs is a renowned psychologist, active child rights advocate, and mother of two beautiful children named James and Jennifer. At the moment, she lives with her family in Austin, Texas. Avril is the author of numerous books on general psychology for both adults and children,  with a particular interest in relationship dynamics between these two groups.

Avril's greatest passion was, and still is, psychology and teaching children. That is why she decided to go out of psychology's traditional bounds and specialize in educating children with social problems like anger, detachment, fear, anxiety, depression.

With her books, she wants to teach the adults responsible for nurturing and guiding children and preparing them for the future. She wants them to learn and understand the relationship dynamics between them and children so that they can help these young minds become what they should be.

Avril believes that her work is going to help children all over the world to easily overcome their issues and problems because now, they will have someone who understands and wants to help them.

When she is not busy writing books and helping children, she likes to spend her time with her children, exploring the nature and the forests of Texas.
