At twenty-eight, Poppy Willoughby is finally getting somewhere. After years writing fluff pieces for a Pacific Northwest paper, she's making her way in Hollywood, with a script under her arm and a to-do list the size of a redwood tree. As assistant to actress Domino West, her goals are within reach, and she's bound and determined to bring them to life. Billy packs up his surfboards and heads off to Europe, ready to push the limits of his fears. Back home in the Pacific Northwest, Poppy soon realizes it's time to write a new chapter in her life, and she chases him to Portugal, where he's about to drop into the swell of his career.
