Ah, Deutschland....
As you can imagine, there's far more to Germany than beer and pretzels. For starters, citizens. Obviously, they're responsible for a considerable chunk of the GDP. (Gross domestic pretzels. Cheap joke, I know.) And, surprisingly, these days, remarkably few Germans live in gingerbread trilevels. No, they've got world-class cities like Berlin and Munich to call home, not to mention castle country along the Rhine. I could go on and on, but it'd be easier to read the book.
Alright, just a taste. I Don't Like To Fly is a collection of stories and observations torn from the pages of Adam's travel journals. In it, you'll experience such classic sights as Oktoberfest, the Cologne Cathedral, and Berlin's Checkpoint Charlie—all through his very American eyes.
