Freebird is a poetry anthology containing letters to the reader about accepting trauma. It discusses the experience of heartbreak, abuse, love, and loss with hopes of resonating with those struggling to heal.

It is split into three sections each delving into different aspects of healing; from being 'Trapped' to 'Surviving' to a 'Thriving' mentality.

Freebird acknowledges healing is not linear and hopes to embrace this further by donating future volume earnings to the World Health Institution for Mental Health as all deserve mental health support.
