Grimber the Gremlin has a dirty job—and an even dirtier dream.

By day, he’s the festering town’s most notorious scab-picker, scraping by (literally) on the flaky fortunes of the elderly. But Grimber’s ambitions are far filthier: he yearns for a coveted spot at the Gremlin Excrement Ablution Society (GEAS), the most prestigious poo-polishing guild in all the land.

There’s just one problem: GEAS sits at the end of Effluent Alley, a stinking, sludge-choked gauntlet guarded by Bander, a troll with a heart of stone and a nose for trouble—especially when it comes to gremlins. To get there, Grimber must assemble a ragtag crew of misfits, outwit Bander at his own revolting games, and survive a series of challenges that would make a dung beetle gag.

But the real test awaits inside: the GEAS recruitment officer hasn’t hired anyone in 300 years (and it shows). Can Grimber charm his way into the world’s most exclusive excrement society, or will he be flushed out with yesterday’s leftovers?
