As an author, my story is deeply rooted in my experiences growing up in the inner city of Detroit, where I faced and overcame significant challenges that shaped who I am today. Those trials instilled in me a relentless positivity, a genuine love for people, and a passion for entrepreneurship. I believe in taking care of our Elders, and investing in our youth as the leaders of tomorrow, and emphasizing the critical role of financial literacy and freedom in achieving true success.

In my book, Good Guys Finishing First: Knowing Your Value and Refusing to Settle, I redefine the outdated notion that good guys finish last. Instead, I emphasize the transformative power of knowing your worth, setting firm boundaries, and refusing to compromise in life—whether in relationships, careers, or beyond. Guided by my Christian faith and the principle that "your test becomes your testimony," I share my journey to inspire and empower others, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. My ultimate mission is to succeed not just for myself but to reach back and uplift those walking a similar path, showing them that with perseverance and purpose, they too can make it.
