Addison Taylor Rich has been writing for as long as she could hold a pencil, and for years would tell anyone who asked that she wanted to be an author when she grew up. She began writing in earnest in high school starting with fanfiction, and eventually progressed to writing her own original stories. 

Originally from Indiana, Addison spent three years in the United Kingdom while working on a cinematography degree from London South Bank University, writing almost constantly in their spare time. With the coronavirus pandemic shutting things down, Addison found themself with an abundance of spare time, and the ideas that would eventually become their debut novel Gloaming​​​​​​​ started to take shape.

​​​​​​​Addison loves to write queer fiction, seeing a need for the sort of representation she would have liked to read about while growing up. She/they pronouns preferred, and occasionally he/him.
