Originally from Brazil, Isabelita Castilho is a talented and dedicated Executive Career Coach who draws upon her previous experience as headhunter and talent acquisition consultant to provide strategic career advice.

Isabelita passionately expresses that her mission in life is to open doors to help professionals land their dream job within a very short timeframe in the UAE market, mainly Dubai, where she has been residing since February of 2011. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration and various HR related certifications including: interview skills, dealing with difficult people and work relations. She speaks 5 languages including Portuguese, English, Italian, Spanish and French.

On a personal side, Isabelita loves self-development through listening to audio-books daily, learning about Human Behaviour and persuasion including NLP, Hypnosis and life coaching. She loves animals (especially cats), dancing and running.
