Mohini Hersom

Mohini Hersom is a physicist who was expelled from the Institute of Physics for bringing them into disrepute in mid-2006.

Born in Delhi on the 28th of August 1958, Mohini spent from 2004 to 2018 making unsuccessful immigration appeals in the United Kingdom. She is a member of the University of Manchester Alumni of 1983, Mensa(currently not attending), amateur radio operator( currently/ no longer practising)and Life member of the British Computer Society(I did not ask if they wanted me besides I am no longer in the United Kingdom).

Of the 14 years spent in the United Kingdom, 12 were spent without a legal right to work, which, as Indian citizen, she would need the British Home Office to authorize.

Her lack of right to work started in November 2006, was after her expulsion from the Institute of Physics. One speculates there could be a connection between the two things. Specially if we understand that the Institute of Physics may be intimate with the British Home Office.

In 2009, the British Home Office issued a legal notice banning her from having a boyfriend or husband on UK soil. Her acquaintances were really surprised about this notice, which they did not think could be issued or implemented. Many lawyers too appealed her case, but refused to ask why this type of ban had been issued, while the Home Office themselves said they issue such a ban sometimes, but do not give reasons. Several immigration lawyers tried methods to get her appeals-exhausted and getting her deported and banned from the United Kingdom. The judges however were fair and based their refusals on lawyer cases. Therefore there could be a reason why many groups of people would rather not have her presence in the United Kingdom.

In July 2013, Mohini suffered a trumped-up criminal conviction by her own sister whose husband is a scientist in the Atomic Weapons Establishment, and in October 2013 was issued a notice by the Home Office intending to deport her for the public good.

"None of what I have said in the above paragraph is slander, as it is all legal and prove-able fact, except for the “trumped-up” bit, which I understand people would not believe," says Mohini.

Since 2018, Mohini lives in another European state, still under deportation, and in a similar situation, in a virtual woman-gulag having understood her life had no value except as plaything in the hands of socially backward groups and woman-agencies.
