When Janelle Carrier's editor turns up dead, her first reaction is to find the person responsible. As a crime reporter, it has been in her nature to seek out the story, but this one brought her more issues than she ever expected.

LAPD detective, Jayson Alexander, knew better than to date a reporter, but he can't fight the attraction to Janelle in spite of her ability to turn his world upside down. He didn't hesitate to put his life on the line to keep his city safe, but he never expected the danger to start invading his own home.
