Gustavo Miguel Cinca is a Chemical Engineer of Argentine nationality, graduated with an honorary diploma from the University of Cuyo. 
During his professional career, he worked as a site manager and eventually founded and chaired an industrial building and assembly company for over 18 years.
Throughout his career, he has built chemical process plants, refineries, natural gas pipelines, compression plants and thermal plants at home and abroad.
As a result of this experience, Gustavo Cinca is currently producing technical books on how to bid and estimate completion times and construction project costs.
