For 25 years Debra Litton taught gifted students, grades 7 through 12, often discussing the themes of honor, love, hate, revenge, and prejudice that are reflected in her writing. Now retired, she lives with her husband in Lawrence, Kansas, and enjoys gardening, reading, and her cat Umi.
