Breaks are refreshers which our minds need every now and then. However, if you know how to give yourself a break, you should also know the reason for taking such break.

Energy alone is not enough to make you succeed neither determination in itself will do. Coining the words, energetic plus determination will lead you to the so-called “willpower”.

Visualize yourself as someone who, from the moment you wake up, is working and working and working; now that’s being energetic. If you are someone who is energetic and nothing more, you will get tired.
