Inspiring Change, One Story at a Time Lisa M. Billingham is an author whose stories are created with one purpose — to touch hearts, spark imaginations, and inspire positive change. Her writing journey began in 2020 with the publication of her debut novel, Katie, A New Chapter, a heartfelt and deeply personal story inspired by her own life. Powerful and moving, the book went on to change lives — even saving one — and cemented Lisa’s belief in the transformative power of storytelling.
In 2024, Lisa released her first children’s book, Sedrick’s Adventures in Hopeland. A magical collection of short stories for readers aged 7–11, it follows mischievous Sedrick as he’s whisked away into a rainbow-filled land where friendship, fun, and valuable life lessons await. The series blends fantasy with gentle moral messages, encouraging children to dream big, embrace adventure, and believe in themselves. Lisa writes for both adults and younger readers, always weaving in themes of hope, resilience, and self-belief. Whether it’s through heartfelt fiction or whimsical children’s tales, her mission is to make the world a little brighter — one story at a time. She also works as an inspirational speaker and workshop facilitator, helping people of all ages build confidence, nurture creativity, and live authentically. Lisa currently lives in the West Midlands (UK).
