Jeannie Franks-Belgrave was born in Lackland AFB, TX. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Florida International University and a Master of Divinity Degree from Asbury Theological Seminary (In Residence at the Kentucky Campus). Jeannie also serves as an Airman with the United States Air Force as Traditional Reservist. During her civilian time, Jeannie puts in practice her creativity as well as she manages her Home-Based small business conducting online notarizations. 

Jeannie Franks-Belgrave is married to American Poet and military veteran Kansas Franks. They have 2 beautiful Beagles: Sir JK and Princess Key.
