Caroline Cavanagh has lived a varied life from enlisting in the Royal Australian Air Force in her youth to becoming a nun in a contemplative order for over 20 years. She has a Master of Counselling and runs a private practice. Her interest in writing relates to her desire to both entertain and to encourage mindful living.
