In the woods of Stone Hollow, a town where dense trees shade the sidewalks and glowing mushrooms grow wild, a strange artifact has appeared as if out of nowhere.

Stepsisters Lacey and Cal are excited to study the artifact with Cal's archeologist mom. Meanwhile, Cal becomes obsessed with the creepy old house next door. Bright lights flash from its basement at night, and cryptic symbols adorn its lawn. With Lacey growing more and more distant, Cal will have to investigate without her. Is she being paranoid, or is something sinister going on?
