Richard de Montebello. In 1993, he founded SaberCat Comics and published the comic book series "© The Adventures of Browser and Sequoia"  1993-2012.  When the Mattaponi Indians of Virginia asked for his help to save their reservation lands from being turned into a water reservoir by the Government, Richard donated several pages to the cause. After “hundreds of thousands of e-mails and letters” were sent by kids and parents, the outcry was so great the water project was cancelled.  The Mattaponi Indians later declared Browser and Sequoia, “Friends of the Mattaponi.”
