Divided into twenty-one poems, On Yoga is a journey of love, devotion and healing; of connection, elation, paradox, letting go, and acceptance.

This succint little poetry book is a 'must read' for every yoga teacher, and student; especially those interested in the profound healing that comes from the relationship between the Guru, and the Self.

'And I say,

Thank you for the Yoga,

For letting me get to KNOW her.

Thank you for the sunshine,

Warming my heart,

Calming my mind.'
