When I was young, my imagination was vivid. I could look at the cracks in the walls and see ugly faces in the designs, see faces in the wallpaper patterns, and see faces when I closed my eyes at night. Don't ask me why I saw them. This was never made known to me to this day, however, my imagination has stayed with me all these years. Science fiction is one of my favorite genres to read and watch on tv and movies. When I started reading novels, I read the historical romances. I also have a liking for history, the farther back, the better.
While reading the novels, I started to notice the patterns of plots and the chapterial sequences. What came to mind was, "I can do this." I got in contact with one of my favorite authors and asked them to make a review of one of the first books I wrote. They suggested that I buy a book called "How To Write a Novel Using the Snowflake Method" by Randy Ingermanson. I took their advice and read the book repeatedly. Oh, what insights I absorbed.
Now I have four full-length science fiction novels, several articles and editorials, a short humourous story about fishing, and a journal to write what you are thankful for. I am also learning how to code my own websites and plan to continue learning as much as I can about css and javascript. The books are all on Amazon through self-publishing for now. I hope to be creating audiobooks in the very near future. Be on the look out for news of them soon.
