Real Estate has come a long way since the Louisiana purchase in 1847. The fundamentals, however, have not seen much change. I got started in the real estate industry about 20 years ago working from the lending side. I was dealing with real esate professionals on a daily basis through the approval process. I soon realised that I would need to work hand in hand with these professionals in order to sooth out the process.
