This book is divided into 3 parts.

In the first one, we will be discussing the reasons behind why we are afraid. We will carefully discover the psychological explanation behind the physical reactions of our bodies. In the conclusion of the book, the deepest secrets of the human psychology will be revealed, and the basic explanation of the techniques applied will be given. In conclusion, we will have a quick summary of the things we have learned and rewind the most important aspects of this book. With Part 1, understanding of human behavior has only been explained in its foundation, and in our next series, it will be further expanded into its different sociological aspects.
