Spot knows something's up.

Spot doesn't believe in coincidences, not at all. So when Ishii's has to shut down for six weeks to remodel after a fire, and a new Italian restaurant opens in the plaza, he smells something rotten, and it's not out-of-date sushi.

The fire inspector claims it was an accident due to an employee's careless cigarette, and with both Ishii and Master Callan accepting that, Spot can't get anyone to look deeper. There's nothing for it. He will have to learn how to look for clues like a pro and sniff out the real culprit for himself. With some trusty computer training and a disguise, it shouldn't be too hard. All he has to do is get past Shirley and talk Breck into helping him. No problem, right?

Spot's determined that the real culprit is going to find out what it is really like to play with fire when this cat demon gets hold of them!
