Mustafa Hikmet Tosyali was born in Turkey.He became an electrical engineer but deep inside him,he was always looking for spiritual answers in his life.He went into series of self-realizations in his 40's and started to write his observations.He is now author of "Illusion or Truth" and lives in Cabo San Lucas,Mexico.
