Charley, a rugged lumberjack from the outside world, finds himself drawn to Grace, a beautiful and gentle Amish woman. Despite the disapproval of their community, they fall in love and struggle to find a way to make their relationship work within the strict confines of Amish society.

As they face challenges and criticism from those around them, Charley and Grace must rely on their love and determination to overcome the obstacles in their path. They are grateful for the chance to start over and find their happily ever after in each other.

But even as they build their new life together, they know they will always face challenges. Some members of the community don't understand or approve of their love, and they make it clear that they don't believe Charley and Grace belong together.

Despite the initial resistance they face, Charley and Grace's relationship is eventually accepted by the community. They are able to live their lives together, free from judgment and criticism. As they stand hand in hand, gazing up at the stars, they know they have found their happily ever after in each other.
