Wendy Lanore resides in a small town nestled in the back hills of Kentucky with her two supportive, teenage sons.  She enjoys painting, hiking, music, writing, and reading.  She’s an intelligent, hopeless romantic so any unconventional love story with a happy ending is her ideal read.  Settling in with a good book and enjoying a fine glass of wine in the evening or a hot cup of coffee in the morning are among some her favorite pastimes. Her dreams of becoming a writer as a child fell by the wayside as life inevitably got in the way, but now she is finally making that dream a reality.  The Mate’s Ring is her first published book, and she hopes you enjoy it.
