Cassie Leonard is a mom on a mission!

Motivated by her passion to grow the face of women and mothers in STEM, she is sharing the tools that have aided her on her own quest for a balanced and fulfilling life as an engineer, leader, mom, and mentor.

In her 16 years in the aerospace industry, Cassie grew from an entry level structural analyst to the senior mechanical engineering leader in a half billion-dollar division. She was recognized in 2020 and 2021 for “significant contributions to the company’s success,” the same two years her children were suddenly at home full time.

In 2022, Cassie left corporate life to focus her efforts on supporting Engineers, Leaders, and Moms. She is now the proud founder, CEO, and principal coach at ELMM Coaching. As a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach, she is excited to work with anyone seeking to live their best life!

In support of her passion for elevating the voices of STEM moms, Cassie is also an executive team member at Mothers in Science, a nonprofit investing in research, advocacy, and sharing journeys!

Cassie and her husband Patrick live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with their two wonderful sons. She is walking the tightrope of full-time leader, full time mom, and full-time person. Most days it goes well, some days it does not.

To stay active and mentally sane, Cassie plays beach volleyball all spring and summer, races cyclocross in the fall, and cross-country skis in the winter.
