Jack Harding was born and raised in Portsmouth, United Kingdom.

He divides most of his spare time between running, reading, watching old movies, and doing absolutely nothing with his partner, Rachel.

His favorite authors are Ray Bradbury, Richard Matheson, Alan Moore and Stephen King. His favourite books are The Illustrated Man, I Am Legend, From Hell, and The Dead Zone.

Jack’s debut short story collection, Ripper Country, is available to purchase through Amazon and Blood Rites Horror Publishing. His short story, After Eight, was the first winner of Blood Rites’ monthly writing contest, and he has also had stories selected for numerous published anthologies. He is currently putting the finishing touches on his second collection of short stories, Dark Lines, which is set for publication through DarkLit Press in 2022.
