Dr Trinadh Madabattula is Masters in Social Work, Sociology, BL., and PhD from Andhra University with several other Degrees.
In his tenure over 37 years in HR function, led leadership roles in large, reputed diverse Industries and demonstrated expertise in strategic, transformational and transactional HR, through a rare blend of top-of-the-line IR/ER, Competency/Skill Development and niche Employee Engagement capabilities in Core Manufacturing Sector with large workforce upto 70,000.
His Core Competencies are Organisational Development, Performance Management System, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations/ Employee Engagement, Mergers & Acquisitions and Top Management Capabilities. He is known for reformative Industrial Relations and innovative HR interventions. He has helped Organisations to secure HR Excellence, Business Excellence and Deming Awards.
He is a life time learner embracing change. He is a firm believer in hardwork and known for die hard attitude with high degree of uncompromising ethics and integrity.
He is a Life Member of various HR Forums. He is also a Certified Assessor of Business Excellence from CII, Leadership Assessor and Coach from Harrison Assessments.
Of late, he is also a Qualified Independent Director from Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
