Annett Hill was born and raised by her grandparents on the beautiful island of Jamaica. She later moved to New York City where she attended Plaza College and attained an Associate Degree in Office Administration, going on to work as a Medical Billing Associate. She lives in New York today, with her husband and their son.

Annett has had an interest in healthy living and lifestyles ever since she lost weight and is passionate about sharing her experiences with others. She can see that there is an obesity epidemic in the western world and as she knew it would be difficult approaching people on a one to one basis, so decided to write about it instead. "How I lost 50 pounds without Exercise" is her first book and Annett is preparing to follow that with more on the same topic, in a bid to help as many people as she can to lose weight and be happier.

When she has time to relax, Annett loves going to the movies, baking and listening to music. She also spends a lot of her time researching health topics, to help her gain even more understanding on how she and her family, and others, can reap the benefits of weight loss and healthy living.
