Residents share how living within Las Vegas real estate developer Robert (Bob) Schulman's dream of planned resort-style development with sensible, fun amenities and an onsite restaurant helped them create community during one of the darkest times in history. Their stories share "The Bright Side of Dark Times."

COVID COMMUNITY & COCKTAILS is part of the three-part COVID & Community series presented by Social Issues Theatre, affectionately known as (SIT).

SIT is a nonprofit whose mission is to move Diversity and Inclusion from a conversation into a reality. The COVID & COMMUNITY Series is part of SIT's Mental Wellness and Community Unity effort. The series reminds us to pause and celebrate the contributions and sacrifices of others during high COVID months.

Robert Schulman, his wife Winnie Schulman, Steven Kennedy, the co-owner of Becca's Restaurant, and Gabby Wallace, the property manager, collaborated seamlessly to provide residents of Las Vegas Tuscan Highlands with amenities that allowed them to work and play during the COVID-19 pandemic.
