Marie Allen is a new author, just dipping her toe into the writing world. She began writing forever ago in high school but set it aside as life became busier with work, kids, and chaos. After attending a few book conventions, the urge to write grew, and the words poured out of her fingertips. Before she knew it the Mystic Veil series was born, hopefully you find as much entertainment reading it as she did writing it.

When not writing, Marie shares her life with the non-human contingent of a Newfoundland that thinks she's human, 2 cats that are the most difficult annoying beasts ever to exist and 1 bearded dragon that has a definite dragon personality! Also sharing the household is Marie's husband, who is the caretaker, making sure everyone is kept fed and alive. Her two children who have become such great human's she's amazed daily that they were able to raise and nurture them along. Her son's partner and her mom round out the crazy, chaotic, place she calls home.
