Hunter Vandulai Aisorn is investigating a series of violent murders, the victims having had their identities torn from them. With no trails or even a single name, the cases quickly go cold.

As assassin Luca and young thief Silver begin to make enquiries, it soon becomes apparent that the Pirate is not the only one to have vanished.
