I was born January 21, 1973 in Springfield, Missouri.  I am 43 years old, currently residing in Kansas City, Missouri.

Prior to writing my first book worked in the Behavioral Health System for ten years before having to stop working due to Mental Illness. 

I enjoy spending countless hours of quality time with my loved ones, and  I like spending time with my dogs

I enjoy writing because it is therapeutic in it's own way and helps me capture moments in a creative aspect within my own life and views through poetry. 

The hope I carry through my writing, is that the reader’s minds are simulated as receive and ebellish on the messages behind each one.

Refining the challenges surrounding Mental Health and Domestic Violence’s situations or other various encounters, of any form or fashion. Whether it be too self or others. 

Each poem mainstreams the difficult challenges we face as a whole on a daily basis.
