For centuries many cultures have used smudging as a way to create a cleansing smoke bath that is used to purify the body, aura, energy, ceremonial/ritual space or any other space and personal articles.
I offer here, my own unique perspective on Sacred Smudge Ceremony.

I present this book as a general guide and to put across my personal advice on Smudge Ceremony.
I believe Ceremonial Smudge will always bring Goodness as long as it comes from the Heart with good intentions. We are all born with Gifts from the Creator. I believe to share our Gifts with others is the Key to personal Fulfillment and Happiness.
