Eliza lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two dogs. When she’s not writing, she can be found reading, hiking, doing yoga, or at her “real job” as a political science professor. Though the Hideaway Mountain series is her debut published work, Eliza has been writing since she was a kid (was even presented with the esteemed “Future Novelist” award in her fifth-grade class), and has an undergraduate degree in creative writing. She is happy to finally be realizing a lifelong dream of publishing her written work.
