I've witnessed so many people around me (including myself) go down with stress, depression, anxiety, eating-disorders and much worse, because they've been led to believe that they were "wrong", if they didn't attain success, applying other peoples solutions to their unique situations, and that they just needed to "motivate them selves better", "try harder", "Want it more" or whatever flavor of re-bottled vinegear, their chosen idol was peddling.

After having nearly overdosed on every top selling self-help book, TED-talk, self-improvement podcast, life-hack tutorial, motivational speaker talks and self-help-guru-seminars, I've through personal trial-and-error, decided to make the most comprehensible and easily accessible life-quality-improvement encyclopedia out there, based on practical empirical experience, instead of theoretical hyperbole.

The reason that I (and those around me) stumbled for so long, is because the self-help industry is not designed to "cure".
It is designed to addict!
